How Ristretto Started
Ristretto began in London in 2004 with a simple goal—serve great coffee with care. Years of working with events, venues, and brands taught us the value of quality and consistency. We used La Marzocco espresso machines and worked with skilled baristas who shared our passion. That experience shaped who we are and led us to open our cafe in Palm Springs.
Why We Came to Palm Springs
We wanted to bring the same dedication to coffee and service to a place that values community. At 500 S Palm Canyon Dr #100, we created a casual space where people can slow down, enjoy a cup, or share a meal. Our menu includes coffee, tea, pastries, sandwiches, and salads—all made to keep mornings easy and visits enjoyable.
Our Promise to You
We know life is busy, so we make ordering simple. Dine in, grab takeout, choose curbside pickup, or get delivery. We also cater, bringing our cafe to your events so you can focus on your guests. Open Tuesday to Sunday from 7 AM to 12 PM, we’re here to serve fresh food, quality drinks, and a friendly welcome every time you visit.
